Great car great service. Wippers were not clearing windshield using defroster during snowy and icey conditions without using windshield spraying. Customer Service replaced bot Wippers were not clearing windshield using defroster during snowy and icey conditions without using windshield spraying. Customer Service replaced both Wippers. Good Service Went in to get air in one of my tires ended up with appointment for new tires next Wednesday. Service rep was very friendly and helpful kept me up dated. The car was cleaned but once home I noticed the car was still dirty! Inside had not been vacuumed our mats were very wet I had to dry them still dirty on the out side. Some times they do a good job in cleaning the car other times not so good! More

Audo of Hoffman Estates Delivered We're from St. Louis and had been looking for an Audi A4 Premium Plus for a while online and always the car was sold out from under us before we could We're from St. Louis and had been looking for an Audi A4 Premium Plus for a while online and always the car was sold out from under us before we could make it to the dealership, that's even if they responded, which often they did not. Not so at Audi of Hoffman Estates. Jacek was on the case from the first email we sent, he even was emailing us at 10 pm after he was off. The next morning we told him we would head up and left immediately...he held the car for us and shortly after arriving (5 hours later), we closed the deal. He was professional, patient and still continues to follow up with us, several weeks after buying the car. I cannot say enough nice things about Jacek or the dealership. More

Outstanding service by Rick Kelstrom, who explained, in detail, what needed to be done.. loaner was provided and he asked me what time I would like to Outstanding service by Rick Kelstrom, who explained, in detail, what needed to be done.. loaner was provided and he asked me what time I would like to pick up the car and I said if you could have it done by 2:00pm, I would appreciate. He called to give me a progress report and to inform me that front and rear brakes would have to be done. Since I was pretty sure I would need new brakes, I told him to go ahead with the repair. He said they would still try to meet my 2:00pm request and the car was actually done by 1:30! Great communication and terrific service! It's a pleasure to work with Rick. More
