First class service from first class people! We recently had a loud and continuous screeching noise coming from our front left wheel on our Audi Q5. We thought the brakes had a major problem. We brought the car in thinking we would have a large repair bill. They inspected the car for us and found that it must have been a rock lodged in the breaking mechanism. The best part was they didn't charge us for this inspection. More

Car went bad 2 weeks after I bought it. Very fishy. The people at the dealership (Carlo Gilli Jr.) bragged about what quality vehicles they sell, but only 2 week after purchasing a vehicle from them I h The people at the dealership (Carlo Gilli Jr.) bragged about what quality vehicles they sell, but only 2 week after purchasing a vehicle from them I had issues come up with the electrical system that cost me over $5500 dollars to repair and get the car to where it should have been when I drove it off their lot. I would never buy another car from them and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of their shady practices. I expected more from a supposed reputable dealership. That is exactly why I choose to buy from dealerships and not the other smaller "luxurycars.com" sites. I was totally blindsided by this. More

Although we visited Carlo on a couple different occasions to learn more about the Q7, he was friendly, informative, easy to work with, and personable in each encounter. We would highly recommend this dealership and Carlo if you’re looking to buy an Audi. Beautiful cars too! More
Faster than expected repair Fuel control module failed on Q8 - no replacements available in the US & Audi said it would be 2-3 weeks from Germany. Since I had to literally limp into the dealer unannounced, no service loaners were available. They arranged for me to use a sales loaner for the 9 days my car was there. The part actually showed up ahead of the estimate & AHE had it installed & the car ready to go that afternoon. More

No one did and after we called they said it will not be ready until Saturday and this was Friday. Then they told us Saturday it will not be ready until Tuesday as that is when the technician assigned to it will be back. What was the point of getting an appointment so far in advance? More
