The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Took car in for a brake fluid flush service. Two problems this visit: (1) Audi Hoffman Estates returned my vehicle to me with a missing wiper blade for the front windshield. Didn’t notice until Two problems this visit: (1) Audi Hoffman Estates returned my vehicle to me with a missing wiper blade for the front windshield. Didn’t notice until I was caught in a downpour of rain the next day. I can prove this with dashcam video. (2) A service staff member was horsing around with my car in the lot - he put the car in reverse and drive 5 times back to back to back under low load. That puts unnecessary stress on transmission and gearing. Have dashcam video of this behavior. Will be calling to file complaint and never going back to this service center again. Unfortunate. More
