She did an exceptional job covering for Mike (in his absence) ensuring that every detail was addressed prior to the completion of the sale. Since I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I had some concerns about the process. Nicolette was very personable, knowledgeable, confident, and sensitive to my concerns which gave me great comfort. Low oil light goes on 2 hours after picking up my car. My SQ5 was in for service because the check engine light was on. The service Dept called me to pick it up when it was finished being fixed and just a My SQ5 was in for service because the check engine light was on. The service Dept called me to pick it up when it was finished being fixed and just a couple hours later the “Low Oil” light went on. I thought they checked the fluids before sending the car home. Oh well, they fixed the engine light problem; it was just inconvenient to have to go out to buy oil and do it ourselves. More

Worst service ever I brought my car here for an oil leak. I didn’t even get a call from anyone until after they performed service. They did a 45,000 mile service on my car without even asking me. They told me an oil leak is normal. An oil leak is not normal. The man on the phone was so rude and not knowledgeable at all. If I could give this place zero stars I would have. I then had to take my vehicle from this dealership to a different one where they inspected the source of the oil leak and put some die in the vehicle to be checked after I drive another 1500 miles so the source of the oil leak can be detected. None of this was discussed with the Audi representative from Hoffman states. He was so rude on the phone and spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never return to this dealership. Even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get to a different service center I will do that from now on. More

Disrespectful and deceptive I went to buy a CPO Audi. The representative has only one sentence the repeat throughout the whole process. “ we don’t negotiate our used car prices” I went to buy a CPO Audi. The representative has only one sentence the repeat throughout the whole process. “ we don’t negotiate our used car prices” even though I got a minimal discount. I asked to speak to the manager to discuss with him but she refused multiple times, which I don’t understand why. She cane with the final out the door price and ceramic coating was added not as an option but I had to take it if I want the car, so we have to go over again over this issue. I loved the car and my wife convinced me to take it regardless of the above. The deal maker was that I asked them to give me winter mats and after she went to ask the manager about it with an eyes roll. Came back to say that he agreed. I waited for the car for over an hour for the coating. When it came I found that they installed old winter mats which were even dirty that she had to call a guy to clean it and clean dirt under it. I asked her about the original carpet mats and she was in a shock, they were trying to brush me off and give me the car without carpets. She promised to mail the mats which I have not received yet. I emailed her to remind her and she never replied. I emailed the general manager and never heard back. They call themselves reputable until you go there and deal with them Very disrespectful. They ruin their reputation for carpet mats. What a shame. More
