I used to love audi Hoffman Estate til they decided to try to rip me off,2 time . I recently brought in my 2018 Audi S5 for routine service. Everything with the service department was five stars. My service technician Fabian Jaimes was great. He went into detail explaining the needed service that was recommended for my car. I also received a video report from the technician after the repairs were completed explaining exactly what was performed. The cashier was extremely friendly and greeted me with a smile when I picked up my car. Nice to see an employee that likes her job. My big issue was the 2.85% credit card service fee that you charge on credit card transactions. Brian Hall, you should be ashamed of yourself. You sell and service a luxury car brand like Audi and yet you want to nickel and dime your customer on the credit card fee? Your customers pay top dollar for service and you feel this fee is necessary? Absolutely shameful. How would you feel if you went into Louis Vuitton to buy an expensive bag only to get to the cashier and she tells you there’s going to be an additional 2.85% charge if you put your purchase on the credit card? I’m curious if the other Audi dealerships like Morton Grove or the Exchange are charging these credit card fees. In no way should this review reflect poorly on your service department. They did a fantastic job. I think management really needs to reevaluate these credit card fees as I feel it reflects very poorly on Audi of Hoffman. More
I arrived around 1:30pm to get my oil topped off. I pulled right in all the way to the front and was greeted by a young lady. I told her I just needed my oil topped off she walked me to the door and I pulled right in all the way to the front and was greeted by a young lady. I told her I just needed my oil topped off she walked me to the door and told me to wait inside. No one was inside by any of the desks, so I took a seat. As I waited patiently more and more cars pulled in behind mine. A gentleman was walking around the garage area with a clip board talking to the folks who arrived after me. After about 45 minutes a guy came up to me and handed me my keys and said my oil was topped off. I went out to my car, and it was not washed so I asked him if they could wash it, and he said I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. I told him forget it; I'll take it to the car wash. I would not rate this as exceptional service. More
