The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Showed up for my appointment and had to wait for someone to help me. I specifically asked to be texted updates about my car. Dropped off at 1:00pm. At 4:15 I called for status. I had to call 5 time between to help me. I specifically asked to be texted updates about my car. Dropped off at 1:00pm. At 4:15 I called for status. I had to call 5 time between 4:15 and 5:00 before I talked to someone that could actually give me information. My car was ready at 3:15, but no one contacted me. I never received an update. When I picked up my car the cashier couldn’t be less interested in helping me. On her phone, mumbled the total and didn’t make eye contact. I will NEVER go back for service there again. Always bad customer service. More

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is the last straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze. Service rep found some fluid @ the reservoir figu straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze. Service rep found some fluid @ the reservoir figured it was spillage. Got home to a stinky car and found reservoir cap loose and fluid all over that part on the engine bay. My Garage now stinks Enough said. . More
