My only area of disappointment is that we've owned this car since the 2011 and have exclusively brought it to Audio Hoffman Estates for service. We were never notified of the class action suit or any recall which would have covered our $5,000 estimated repair. Now we're past settlement date so we would have to pay for it. That is a disappointment from years past covering the issue we brought the car in for this time. Our service this time was excellent. More
