I just purchased my first Audi and am so thrilled with the experience and the car! This facility is a sham. The service department refused to schedule me citing a 4 week wait although I had a check engine light on. When I asked for other dealerships they told me to, “Google it” and hung up on me. I called back and made them give me the information. From the sales sheister to the receptionist to the so called service department - awful and disrespectful. I called management and no return call bc they don’t care. Meanwhile, Audi Creve Couer got me in within the week. Had if addressed within an hour and comped the cost for the hassle and disrespect bc I am a valued customer. DO NOT trust Audi Kirkwood with your time, money or car services. The turnover in management should’ve been my first red flag. More

First let me say the salesperson and the Finance person (both women), were excellent. The manager however was NOT. A few days after I purchased a car, the tire went FLAT. I took the car to a reputable tire (both women), were excellent. The manager however was NOT. A few days after I purchased a car, the tire went FLAT. I took the car to a reputable tire repair shop and was told "Drivers front tire is leaking from a PREVIOUS TEMPORARY REPAIR PLUG on the inside shoulder. The puncture is in an unrepairable location. The tire will need a replacement". Inasmuch, the tire was DAMAGED when I purchased the vehicle. Please note, I sent documentation from the tire company to PROVE that that tire was indeed damaged prior to purchase and documentation that stated the tire was indeed a safety RISK. When I called Kirkwood Audi, I was informed by the manager Eric that ONLY way they would replace the tire was if I purchased the tire and wheel warranty when I bought the vehicle because I can't prove that the tire was damaged when I bought the car. What?! I literally sent empirical evidence that the tire was DAMAGED at the point of sale. In a very condescending tone, Eric asked "did it go flat in your possession or ours"? Suggesting that because the tire went flat during my limited ownership tenure that I was somehow liable for the damage. Eric stated "that the vehicle was inspected and nothing was wrong whatsoever so they are not liable". Again, documentation proves otherwise BUT that means absolutely nothing. He spoke to me in a very patriarchal and subjugating manner that was most inappropriate especially in 2021. It was the complete antithesis of the Audi "first in class experience" it felt more like a manipulative bait and switch situation ie. We have your money now, so deal with it! I do NOT trust this dealership and would NOT recommend them at all. Clearly they patch tires and deny liability. More
