Our new Audi Q7 is my wife's car and he put all of his attention on her. Ken made sure all of my wife's questions were answered and he took the time to make sure she was comfortable with every part of the car buying process. Ken deserves every bit of the 5-star rating! Excellent Care! They went above and beyond for me. I needed to get the recall taken care of on my A4 and my brakes checked because they were squeaking. Charles took care of my problem very timely I was pleased with the service from Audi Phil Long and with Charles. My only word of suggestion would be to honor the certificates sent in the mail f I was pleased with the service from Audi Phil Long and with Charles. My only word of suggestion would be to honor the certificates sent in the mail for at least a month or two after expiration especially if you are a loyal customer! Also, the advisor should offer a loaner to the customer if the car has to be in the shop overnight because of a part ordered. I would also suggest that if the car needs to be in the shop overnight because of a part ordered, the advisor should call the customer to let them know so the customer is able to plan around the inconvenience.
