Excellent Service-ask for Justin! It was time to get my Q3 in for the 15,000 mile service. I had called in only a few days prior to my appointment asking if I could get in soon. Justin It was time to get my Q3 in for the 15,000 mile service. I had called in only a few days prior to my appointment asking if I could get in soon. Justin was very accommodating and said there was an opening early the next week and I picked my appointment time for late morning. When I arrived, Justin walked over to greet me as I exited my vehicle and I signed a document agreeing to the work being done that day. On short notice, I also asked if they might have time to rotate my tires and Justin said absolutely! I waited in the lounge area near service as they worked on my vehicle. They have clean restrooms, coffee and generally a pastry of some sort available while waiting. Justin told me an estimated wait time of 2-hours and they were done about a half hour early. Justin is always very polite, accommodating and professional! He is an excellent asset to this dealership! Working in the car business for several years, I believe I have a fair sense of valuable assets to service and sales teams. Phil Long Audi would be wise to hang on to this individual! From my experience, personally and professionally speaking, customers form relationships with the individual employees who represent the dealership, they don’t often form relationships with the dealership in whole. Top-notch experience, almost makes me sad that I don’t have to go in for another 10,000 miles! More
