This is my first time visit/experience with CS Audi.. WOW!... I was in awe of the facility first off! The service assistant (Justin Bryant)m was super kind and led me to the correct area! He greeted me, in processed me as I am coming from another state. It was smooth and he made me feel like I have been there for years! (Oh and since there is COVID-19, he was masked and he was properly masked and I really appreciated as I was masked as well.)Thank you Sir! In a nutshell, outstanding service!!!!! I was sent a video of the service too!Super awesome! They also kept me informed as far as the status of my service and when my vehicle will be ready for pickup .Extremely satisfied! As always I am completely satisfied with the service department. Made an oil change appt for my car. I am an essential personnel so still working.
