Showed up on time (8:30) and Robert, the service rep. was and is good, not my first experience with him ( all good). When booking was told about an 1-1 1/2 hour appt. Had an appt to make so got a loaner returned 3 hours later still not done. Came back 2 and 1/2 hours later still not done. Finally got car back around 3:30 about 7 hours later. The service tech did what was scheduled but this whole thing looked like it was a rush job. Even the service rep stated he even helped wash the car so we could get on the road. Considering that we live about 3 hours from there we were not happy just sitting around waiting for something that should have been done before noon. Would i recommend this service dept i answered yes only because of the options that are available to us for this car because of where we live. More

I received text alerts through the entire process of the status, to include even a video link of the actual inspection and service as it was taking place. Humiliating I did not purchase my Audi from this dealer, but used them for service while the car was under warranty. My sunroof would not open properly, and they I did not purchase my Audi from this dealer, but used them for service while the car was under warranty. My sunroof would not open properly, and they tried to charge me a "diagnosis" fee of $85 for the 10 seconds it took to push the button. When I refused to pay, the service writer told me he would bring the mechanic out to the showroom so I could explain to him why he wasn't getting paid. My car's warranty expired and, at 72,000 miles, there was catastrophic engine failure, possibly due to a faulty tensioner. Audi has refused assistance on a nearly $7,000 re-build, and cites "dealership loyalty" as a reason. The service writer and mechanic at this dealership both said the repair should be covered, but it was then denied. Audi has settled a class action lawsuit for the same, but not for my VIN. It would be covered if my engine were in a TT or if a different engine were in my Q5. My car has since had fuel pump failure, turbo failure, door locking mechanism failure, and other issues- all at less than 80,000. Do not buy an Audi if you expect a quality car that will last, and avoid the service department at this dealership at all costs. More
