Corey (sales) is the most knowledgeable and caring individual I have come across in my 40 years of purchasing multiple cars from several dealerships. Jay and Kelly in Service/Parts are the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable about ordering accessories. David in Finance is awesome. He made the paperwork go smoothly. I live in Billings, MT and found my pre-retirement dream car on TrueCar.com. The only concern is that is what located in Colorado Springs, CO, over 600 miles south of Billings! I called immediately (after hours) and Scott Dick, Finance Manager, answered. We spoke for 1/2 hour and he provided me with the details I needed and agreed to 'hold the car' for me. Thank you, Scott, for taking the time after hours to tell me about my first Audi. I was excited to hear from Corey first thing the next morning. He sent me a 10-minute video describing Audi and the car I was interested in. It showed how beautiful the inside and outside was. I was sold after that. After they put protective film on hood, bumper, etc. and completed the Certified Pre-Owned checklist (it had 9,016 miles on it) they delivered the car, at no extra cost, to Cheyenne, WY to help reduce the miles I drove to pick it up. I have taken my car to Minneapolis, MN to visit relatives since then and received multiple 'wows' and 'gorgeous car' compliments over the past two weeks. I truly love my 2019 A6 Prestige and HIGHLY recommend this dealership...no matter where you live! More
