Customer Service Sucks I want to this dealer to have a recall service back in December in the lack of communication was horrible and it took me several times calling to even I want to this dealer to have a recall service back in December in the lack of communication was horrible and it took me several times calling to even get someone on the phone to schedule the appointment and when I finally got the appointment they acted like my car wasn't going to be done that same day when I needed a vehicle to drive and they promised me it would be then I tried to schedule another recall appointment and the sales manager set me up with Mandy who never gave me a direct estimate that I was asking for on some other work I wanted service with my vehicle she's been working there 11 years and it's supposed to be very good I don't think so her communication sucks too then I wait a couple days for her to call me back and tell me what my estimate is for those requests that I asked to be fixed and she never called me back so I called her and left a message and here it is three or four days later and she still hasn't called me back the only reason why I hadn't tried a different dealership was because this one was closest to my house but now I guess I'm going to drive all the way into Tampa for better service this place seriously needs to be investigated on who they have working and running the store because I was hoping to buy another Audi in a couple months and I definitely won't go there...... I also wanted to mention that Connor and Sean who responded with me while I was waiting on my recall were very rude to me when I dropped my vehicle off Connor was rude made me go all the way outside around the building 2 put my key in the Dropbox when he could have easily taken it at the computer desk and then the Shawn was very rude to me on the phone in regards to my vehicle pick-up time More

Great service Had first oil change and I anm so glad i drove 60 miles to get there. Bob was so fair to me two years ago that I pledged my loyalty even though there is an Audi stor 8 miles from me. The money I saved paid for the gas I used to make the trip Crown Audi owns me !! More
