Pleasant experience I had been thinking seriously about trading in my 2011 BMW and even though I had a positive experience at my local BMW dealer I wanted to test drive t I had been thinking seriously about trading in my 2011 BMW and even though I had a positive experience at my local BMW dealer I wanted to test drive the Audi A3. Audi has received high ratings in Consumer reports (better than Bmw). I was surprised how well the car handled and decided to lease it. All the paperwork and lease process went smoothly and the customer service provided by my salesman Joseph Haig was excellent and Jeffrey Garrigan from Finance was helpful and professional. More

Easy to do business I worked with Steve Yeager and he was knowledgeable about the the vehicle I purchased even though it wasn't an Audi. He did a great job explaining eve I worked with Steve Yeager and he was knowledgeable about the the vehicle I purchased even though it wasn't an Audi. He did a great job explaining everything and truly gave service with a smile. Throughout the purchase there was no pressure to get something I didn't need or want. I worked with Preston in financing and he also did a great job of building a relationship with his customer (me) prior to even talking about the closing of the deal. He also provided knowledgeable insight about the additional products offered such as an extended warranty plans and other services. Even though I did not purchase the additional products he still maintained his professionalism and positive buying experience. (I have experienced the opposite from other dealers in prior purchases.) Steve and Preston were great to do business with and well prepared and made my purchase an easy one. Great job Audi of Clearwater. More
