Finally Service with a smile I had to bring my Audi Q5 in for 2 recalls. The woman I spoke to in reservations was so rude I forget to tell her i needed a reflector light fixed. I had to bring my Audi Q5 in for 2 recalls. The woman I spoke to in reservations was so rude I forget to tell her i needed a reflector light fixed. Upon my arrival at Audi, Mandy greeted me with a smile and a cheerful hello lijecwe had met before. She introduced herself and let me know she now would be handling my account. She was cheerful, bubbly and clearly enjoys her job. As when I returned 8 hours later, she greeted me the exact same way! I let her know I needed an extra repair done and was prepared for hervto say no, but she stated let me make sure we have the part. She came back with a yes and a quote, I let her know i had already looked it up online as I was hoping to just replace myself, and found it cheaper. She simply stated, " let me see what I can do". Asked me when I wanted to pick it up, put me in a loaner and I was in out in 20 minutes. Came back that afternoon, carcwas ready and waiting. Now that kind of service, will bring me back any day. Audi is lucky to have her. More

Service Excellence!! Mandy always takes great care of me. She understand my "OCD" so she makes sure that my car is detailed and looks like it just came off of the showroo Mandy always takes great care of me. She understand my "OCD" so she makes sure that my car is detailed and looks like it just came off of the showroom floor. This particular service was pretty routine, but in the past, Mandy was able to coordinate an after-hours drop off for an emergency tire service. She had a loaner waiting for me, and turned the car around in a day will all new tires. It is great to know that I only need to dial one number to get everything vehicle-related handled in a timely and professional manner. More

Outstanding Service!! I had scheduled a visit to the service dept at the Clearwater Audi dealership due to a recall notice on my Q5. When I arrived the service area was b I had scheduled a visit to the service dept at the Clearwater Audi dealership due to a recall notice on my Q5. When I arrived the service area was busy, but everyone was very polite. I was assisted by Antoine Borgella, and I must say that he was the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable employee of any dealership I've ever visited. He gave me a very realistic and honest time as to when I could expect my vehicle to be finished, and he was quick to provide me with a loaner vehicle. As promised, he contacted me when my vehicle was ready and went over everything that was done. Owning a luxury vehicle doesn't always mean that you'll receive luxury service.
