Mandy Walters in Service ROCKS I truly can't say enough about the level of Service I've received for my sports cars from many Walters. She is fast, professional and listens to your issues with true concern. She gets me in and out of a loaner car as fast as humanly possible... understands life is busy. Not to mention my car is spotless and washed each and every time! Wouldn't be right not to mention Luke the mechanic, who is personable and impeccable with his skill is fixing any issues or rattles. Buyer Beware Salesman was nice, tried to be funny, but the funny part was the attention after the purchase. Three days after buying Nissan Rogue I brought back t Salesman was nice, tried to be funny, but the funny part was the attention after the purchase. Three days after buying Nissan Rogue I brought back to dealer for repairs under the the 30 day dealer warrenty. Found two problems, they repaired one and told me that I will need to wait 30 days for repair of second problem so that repairs can be made under the extended warrent I purchased. I was told there was a 30 day dealer warrenty, but not the case here at Crown Audi. Also was informed by salesman Steve Yager that the tire caution dash light needed to be reset and they would handle that for me, and it was reset. The light came on again later that week. The light was doing what it was suppose to do, caution me on the tires performance. Took it to another auto repair center and found out that there was a screw in the back tire, my next purchase new tires one week after purchasing car. Called Steve the salesman and was told to fax the invoice but really they could not doing anything for me. Buyer Beware. Mandy Walters was my Service Specialist and she did an excellent job f keeping me up to date on the status of my car. They completed the work on time and called to let me know it was ready for pickup. My schedule was a bit hectic, so I needed to wait until the next day to get it. I had a loaner car and Mandy was very understanding and agreed to wait until the following day. All-in-all, Job Well Done. My care was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up.
