I cannot properly express (in a short review) the level of expertise and customer service I have received, and more specifically my sales executive, George Rangelov and General Manager, David Jacovides. They have gone out of their way to make sure my buying experience has been comfortable, efficient and accurate. My service appointments have been nothing short of a red-carpet experience and their follow through and communication has been second to none. I have mentioned multiple times, they have set the bar so high, dealing with any other team or dealership would just be a disappointment. If there were 10 starts to check, they would get 11! Walking out with a brand new car & a huge smile on my face I had an unfortunate event occur to me, I was t-boned on the driver side by a GMC Sierra and my beautiful A4 was inspected to be a total loss. It was I had an unfortunate event occur to me, I was t-boned on the driver side by a GMC Sierra and my beautiful A4 was inspected to be a total loss. It was a very sad day for me, however, it was time for me to get over it. Being that I brought my A4 to get serviced at Audi Clearwater, I contacted Mandy who is my wonderful consultant, for any deals. Mandy set me up wth Igor and JB who are such wonderful managers. Both Igor and JB set me up with Pete, the greatest salesman. Pete made the process of purchasing a new car so easy for my dad and I. Pete taught me with such great patience about the new technology on the A4. I would 10/10 recommend Pete for any of my family members and friends who are looking to buy an Audi. More
