Aside from the fact that I love my car, she is the only other reason why I stay leasing with Audi. The service that she provides is truly outstanding and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else. The dealership has an excellent waiting area for clients with a full compliment of drinks and snacks as well as a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. I have been in upscale dealerships in the past, but this was by far the best of them all. More

OH YES! Never had anyone more knowledgeable than sales rep Steve Yeager! You would think he built the car! My Q5 is a dream. Positive Buying Experience I went through USAA Car Buying Service and Audi Clearwater contacted me within hours. Bradley Dechent emailed me and I called him. I explained what I I went through USAA Car Buying Service and Audi Clearwater contacted me within hours. Bradley Dechent emailed me and I called him. I explained what I was looking for as far as color (interior & exterior), style, package etc...; They found one destined for Atlanta and sent me the Window sticker and a proposal. It was what I wanted and I made a deposit to get the car. Unfortunately, some had beat me to the punch, but the manager found another car and again they sent me the window sticker, I agreed and even though the price was a bit more, they honored the original proposal they made to me. Once the car arrived, Brad had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership, he was friendly, funny and professional. While I was waiting to finish up the paperwork, I had preapproved financing - I met Preston Rogers - has inquired as to the interest rate I received and said he thought he could offer me a better deal. I let him run the numbers and he did have a better deal for. There was no pressure, he was friendly and professional. Both Brad and Preston were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brad ensure I was all set up with the MMI Audi app, My Audi and My Audi Connect. Bottom line Brad and Preston made this one of the easiest and positive purchasing experiences. I give Brad 5 stars across the board and Preston too! More

Great Service and Sales I got my first Audi from this dealership and that experience was great. The initial sale and following service visits were above what I expected from I got my first Audi from this dealership and that experience was great. The initial sale and following service visits were above what I expected from an Audi dealer. It's time for my second one and I was contacted by Brad Deshent who helped me take advantage of the summer clearance event. Speaking with him I felt his sincerity in trying to help me get my next new vehicle. After working with him I saw my initial gut feeling was right. He really listened to me and worked with me to get the best deal. As a returning customer all of the staff were friendly and professional. I found Brad was well versed in the features of the vehicle I wanted and he helped me see how the updated web site offered me many ways to learn about my car and become closer as a customer with the organization. He did not just sell me and move on to the next customer. He stayed with me every step of the way. His manager JB and the Finance team were professional and respected my time. I have owned many new cars from other makes. The Clearwater Audi experience is just that. I look forward to my first service visit just to go back and thank every one in person. More

It was close to closing time, however, Aaron took the necessary time to present the vehicle of interest (2014 A4) to me in a professional manner with the understanding that I would return the next day to finalize details. The following day, I met with Brad Dechent who was working with Aaron to complete the purchase. I found Brad to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the dealership and the Audi product line. Brad exhibited the patience and knowledge to walk my wife and I through the technical aspects of the the vehicle.
