They accommodated us as much as possible as we were on vacation and did not have all on hand as needed but despite Steve made everything smooth. He even was so helpful searching for my sunglasses that I left at my old vehicle and cleaned them for me :-). He was totally focused on getting me the right vehicle for my needs, not just selling a vehicle to meet a business goal. I finally decided on the 2018 Q5 and waiting to get this model in red was worth the wait as well. It is luxurious and beautiful. Every person we met in this dealership was professional, informative and personable. From the great trade-in value we received (thanks JB!) to the assistance at pickup with Joe making sure I knew how to use all the new functions, it was the experience that purchasing a new vehicle should be. To conclude our appointment Joe introduced us to Mandy Walters (who was an absolute joyful professional even close to 5pm!) to set up my first service appointment to get a special protective coating installed.
