I was in Brooklyn on a sale lead when my Audi decided to go on the fritz again. I happened to be right around the Corner from Audi of Brooklyn and reluctantly rolled into their service Department. I spoke with service advisor Henry Fink and he confidently assured me his team could fix my vehicle. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle to his #1 tech Tim Chan. These guys delivered as promised. It has been over 15000 miles since they worked on my vehicle and I have not had any issues.
