Called to schedule an appointment for service. I spoke with Diana, who was very responsive and followed up a confirmation of my appointment via email. I brought my vehicle in for service at the appointed time. I was greeted warmly and I was directed to the vehicle loan officer. After completing the necessary forms, I was provided a loan vehicle. When I contacted John about the status of the service performed, he stated that it would be ready at about 5:00 PM. Upon arrive at 5:00 PM, I returned the loan vehicle and spoke with John. He assured me that all work on my vehicle had be completed and that the brake issue I had originally inquired about, was brake dust, and would resolve itself after a few hard braking times. He further stated that no problems nor issues remain and the vehicle is operating as efficiently as expected. He thanked me for servicing my vehicle at The Audi Auto Gallery, and stated that he hoped to see me again on my next visit, at 35,000 miles. More

I am giving a high rating because I spoke with Adam Drexler on the phone(130 miles away)and he answered a barrage of questions for me about the Audi Q7. So my wife and I made the trip down to The Auto Gallery and the car we were interested in was there, clean, and ready to go. Adam and Nick got us through the entire process harmlessly and the numbers that we spoke about on the phone were the numbers we paid for the 2012 Q7 Premium Plus. There is loyalty in honesty that's why I will stick with Adam and this dealership for future purchases.The other impressive thing was that this is our first Audi (albeit we do own a Lamborghini Gallardo) so the entire cockpit is foreign to us and Adam spent more than an hour going through all the buttons and even setup our bluetooth and wireless hotspot before we left and then called us to make sure we made it home safely. That's going above and beyond in my book. A very pleasant experience for us. More
