The terms of the deal were changed at the last minute and I was not told of this until it was time to sign the papers. I also found out that an employee of the dealership had forged my signature on a service I was not told of this until it was time to sign the papers. I also found out that an employee of the dealership had forged my signature on a service contract. A complaint has been filed with Audi Of America (they claim that they have never dealt with anything like this), and the irony is that Scott Keogh, president of Audi Of America, sits on the management board for this dealership. The dealership has acknowledged the forgery in writing (Joe Najar, general sales manager), but the damage has been done--the very reason I ordered a copy of my service contract (which wasn't in the group of original documents I signed) was because I had already deteremined not to go back to the dealership, telling the dealership, through the sales person (Kristin Huey) that the dealership lacks integrity. The forged signature was just further validation of this. And if there would be a way to post the letter from the dealership acknowledging the forgery, I would like to know and do this because the public needs to know how this dealership conducts its business. This was the easiest car buying experience ever! The sales staff is knowledgable, smart and efficient.
