My wife and I purchased the Audi Q5 vehicle at the Auto Gallery because we were impressed with the vehicle. What impressed almost as much as the vehicle was the knowledge, professionalism, and courteousne Gallery because we were impressed with the vehicle. What impressed almost as much as the vehicle was the knowledge, professionalism, and courteousness of all people at the Gallery that were involved in our sale experience. From our initial contact with Clarence Tiu, then the general manager Kevin Oliff, to the assistant manager Philip, to the sales staff personnel Sargon, Nick, and Justin, all were outstanding and the determining factors in my wife and I completing the sales transaction at the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills, Ca. The entire team, JJ, Leo and Jefferson really helped to make this car purchase a great experience, and we had a few laughs along the way. They also had the best car for us! For the reasons I've stated above I give Auto Gallery a great rating and I will recommend to friends. Arturio Hudson More
I've taken my car multiple times to The Auto Gallery for service. They are smart, professional and honest. Each time, they tried to save me money, only suggested what I needed (and even then, they wer for service. They are smart, professional and honest. Bought my audi elsewhere (McKenna and was very happy with the service there). My engine light had come on and I though I needed oil but it was more. John just held my hand and took care of everything. I said the service there). My engine light had come on and I though I needed oil but it was more. John just held my hand and took care of everything. I said i bought my audi elsewhere and he said no problem and made me feel like I had bought it there, and had paid him personally! He took the car in, gave me a loaner and fixed it all under the warranty. I like free. But that's why I bought a pre-certified audi in the first place. It was all good and recommend these guys, even though I didn't buy here. I'll be back (well, hopefully not!). More
I bought a "Certified Used" A5 , yet when test driving the flat tire light went on and seen later to be erroneous. the next day I was told it wouldn't be ready because the headlight mechanism on driving the flat tire light went on and seen later to be erroneous. the next day I was told it wouldn't be ready because the headlight mechanism on one side was not working and that would take 3 days. When delivered it had the visor over the driver's side broken. In looking at the "check list" of the "certified used" it suggested all these problems were checked. I am dubious if it really was checked and "certified " as fixed at all and if this "certified" is just a sales pitch and hoax. Then when driving I was told the warranty under "certified" was the same as the original "bumper to bumper" warranty by the salesman Kyle. It was NOT. I ended up purchasing for anothe $1500 or around there a "wrap around warranty." Again, the claim of a warranty after being "certified" has some caveats that were not revealed unless asked about it. In this case I was initially misled to boot. To add insult to injury, I was told my car would be delivered with a full tank of gas. It was empty. I was told that "next time I'm in the area I could stop in and get it filled" - as if I'm not 3 hours away from this dealership. Within one week the car starts idling oddly at stop lights and i bring it in - and at the same time get the visor fixed. Fortunately nothing major was wrong - but gosh, couldn't these adjustments been done before? With all the above having occurred, I looked back on the price I paid for a car with 45,000 miles on it, and it was not much different from those with 15 or 20 K , so I didn't really get a great deal . When I asked about this I was told a couple hundred dollars could come off. At which point I said forget it, thinking I was getting a completely checked and functioning car off the bat and it didn't matter. Looking back, I regret not pushing for a better deal given the issues with the car - and certainly the dealer did not come back with any offer to rectify the dissatisfaction and the erroneous representation the car was completely "certified" and checked. It was as if got the money, and now you're on your own. More
