I worked with two people there (a salesperson, Omega Chambers, and his sales manager Phillip) Omega Chambers is a class act. He is accommodating, has amazing product knowledge, and is himself, an Audi enthusiast. I came into the store wanting to get a Q5 for my wife, as she is pregnant, and the mini couper we had just wasn't going to carry a stroller. The auto gallery was super aggressive on the trade, offered me thousands more than any other dealer. They also were willing to deal, and we walked out of there with a smokin' deal that my friends at other dealers told me they thought was a lie. Once we came to an agreement on the price and payment, Phillip, the manager, was extremely courteous, thanked us for our business, and made things run very smoothly with the paperwork. It took is about an hour, and we left our mini couper there, and drove home with our brand new Q5! I am super pleased with my choice to go with The Auto Gallery, and more importantly, Omega Chambers. He is pressure free, and super duper accommodating! Go see them for your new and cpo Audi needs!! More
