I was looking for a great pre-owned vehicle and had just lost money on a used car. I contacted Carl and was very happy when he said that the Audi lot had a pre-owned vehicle in my price range. Exactly what I wanted. I thought everyone at the Audi dealership was very friendly. I am so grateful for contacting Carl and him being able to find this car. I have been able to make my commute and have no problems with my car whatsoever and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend going to Audi in Woodland Hills and especially working with Carl. He is easy to talk to and worked with me to find a perfect fit. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything at all. He made me feel more than comfortable with my decision to purchase a vehicle from the Audi lot. I have seriously had a more difficult time buying a pair of heels than I had purchasing my A4 from the Auto Gallery. First off, I never even had to go to the dealership! I was referred to the sales manager, Phillip, and in turn Omega by a close friend. I had already shopped around at another dealership that was unable to locate the exact A4 I wanted in terms of the color/interior/package combinations. Omega was able to locate the ONLY vehicle with the specifications I wanted. Luckily, it was at a nearby dealership. He picked up the car from the dealership, texted me videos and pictures of it, emailed me all the paperwork, and dropped off the car at my office the following day. He spared me driving over an hour in traffic each direction, and insisted that he would bring the car to me. He took the time to explain certain features on the vehicle, and set up the basic functions. I am honestly still in shock at how easy the entire process was! As if that wasn't enough, he followed up several times and checked in with phone calls, emails, and letters making sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and to answer any questions that I may have. I genuinely felt like both Phillip and Omega did whatever it took to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and to make sure that I was happy with my decision. I have told everybody about how amazingly pain-free this process was, and I look forward to working with Omega again for my next Audi! :) More

We worked with Carl on a deal for an Audi A6. He was very personable, professional and forthcoming. Also, if there was a competition at the dealership for best dressed he would definetly win. I never thought that car shopping could be a low-stress, pleasant experience, but Auto Gallery Audi and sales consultant Omega Chambers have proven that this is very possible. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly and accommodating, but I want to commend and recommend Omega in particular. I had a somewhat ridiculous wishlist for my next car-- I wanted a low-mileage certified pre-owned black/black A4 quattro with the premium plus package, navigation package, and wood inlays. Apparently these are in low stock/high demand, but Omega worked diligently to locate my dream car. After our initial meeting, he followed up to assure me that he was still searching high and low the perfect car. When one became available about a month later, he called me immediately so I could come in to see it before it got snapped up by someone else. To echo another review, his approach is professional, not high-pressure. And beyond being a consummate professional and incredibly knowledgeable, he is such a warm, friendly person. He sat next to me in my new car and answered all of my "hey, what does that button do?" questions, and when I mentioned that I hoped I hadn't forgotten to ask anything he said that I could call him anytime if I ever had more questions. And I know he really means it. The night I picked up my new car, he was able to recommend a place to sell my old broken car. Shortly after I got home, there was an email from him in my inbox with the company's website and the name of the person I should speak with, as well as the CPO warranty info I had requested. He really follows through with everything. This world could use more Omegas. My work schedule has been crazy lately, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my car in for detailing this week. He offered to personally drive over to my office later this week to pick up my car and bring it back to the Auto Gallery for detailing! This go-the-extra-mile attitude is what has really made my experience with Auto Gallery great. More
