Knowing that i wanted to look at the New 2015 After getting my 2005 Audi A4 quoted at Carmax I immediately came to the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills. Knowing that i wanted to look at the New 2015 A3 the general sales manager Asa listen to what i wanted and how much i wanted to spend and then showed me my options. With that in mind he set me up with Mitchell who showed me what they had on the lot and what they had in storage. Seeing the storage in person allowed me to choose the perfect color and package i wanted. Once i had made my choice we got the ball rolling with the finance contracts. The process was painless and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell and Asa to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

I don't have the best credit either but Mitchell was amazing didn't make me wait long and I was able to have a cosigner. He also help me find an insurance broker to get me a great rate he took me to the car I wanted gave me a great deal and was in constant communication until I drove the car off the lot. If I had any questions or anything he was there. professional friendly and totally accommodating. I'm very glad with where I got my new audi and would recommend anyone and everyone there More

I contacted Armen in the Service Dept to repair damage to my recently rebuilt 1991 Porsche 911 motor. The motor was very poorly rebuilt by Revolution Motor Sports in Agoura Hills. (See my review of Revolution here on Yelp for more details). Armen had me bring my car in to provide an estimate of what it would involve to make the necessary repairs. He suggest Master Porsche Tech Jim P. for the job. Jim has over 30 years of Porsche experience. Jim was absolutely fantastic! He showed me what was visible and discussed other damage that may be found once he began tearing the motor down. Jim was very thorough and spent a good deal of time explaining and showing me what need to be done. Jim provided me with approximately 25-30 detailed photographs of the existing damage. I discussed this major repair with other shops, but none made feel as confident as Jim. After Jim pulled the motor out, he had me come by to inspect some additional issues. The Auto Gallery/Jim completed the job rather quickly, less than 10 days and came in at a very reasonable price (Under $8,000) for the extensive work that was required. I was also impressed with the 2 year warrantee that would be good at any Factory Porsche Dealership. I only wish I had come here in the first place... More

The man who changed all of that was Omega Chambers at The Auto Gallery. I had already leased an A5 from the Auto Gallery back in 2010, and was happy with both the car and the dealership. But with my kids getting bigger it was getting time to move up to the A6. I met Omega while in for a service and we talked about when was the best time deal-wise to make the move. Turned out I had a window of a couple of months when the number were in my favor. But in the meantime I had to put in a new driveway. Unlike other dealers, Omega never pressured me during that time. But when the driveway was done, he came in on his day off to meet with me at the Auto Gallery. He arranged to have several A6’s in different colors and trims on the roof a parking garage so I could make an informed decision. And he didn’t just grab the cars from his lot… he got ones from other dealerships just so I could see them all side by side. I mean – who does that? Most salesmen just push the models they have in stock on you. Not Omega – he goes that extra mile, and then some. When it came time to sign the papers, my wife couldn’t make it down to the dealership. So Omega drove them out to our house to sign, and came back two days later with executed copies. And when there was a minor issue, Omega came up with several creative solutions to the problem for me to choose from. His goal isn’t to sell you car – it’s to get you in the car you will be happy with. You can get an Audi from any number of dealerships. But you won’t get the service you get from Omega Chambers anywhere else. I, for one will definitely be back. More
