Had the privilege of getting my new Audi from Adam "the car guy." And the dude really does live up to his name. He made sure that his price beat the price of any other Audi dealership around. He dropped off the car to my house, gave me a free keychain, called to follow-up several times (during the holiday season!!!!) to guarantee that I was satisfied. I honestly couldn't imagine a better, more pro-active, helpful and friendly guy to get a new car from. I can't recommend Adam enough. He will hook you up. Seriously. I purcahsed my first Audi A4 in 2002 from the Auto Gallery. I have been dealing with John ever since then. John is articulate, professional and very knowledgeable of the Auid product. John shows an unparalled attention to his customers and that is rarely found in this business. Because of John we have purchased a 2010 Q5 in Bakersfield because the sales department would not work with us and that vehicle is being serviced at the Auto Gallery. During our last visit I told John I was interested in purchasing a 2012 A6 for the right price. John introduced me to Hubert Matura and I purchased a 2012 A6 from Hubert on 11/18/2012. The staff at the Auto Gallery does a great job and I appreciate that. Let it be known if not for John Eshelman my money and business would stay in Kern County at the Bakersfield Audi dealer. I spent over two hours at the dealership just to get basic information. I test drove an Audi A5. The sales girl, I believe her name was Parisa, had me sit and wait and wait and then wait some more. Since I purchased a Porsche Cayman S 2 and 1/2 months earlier. I believed I would at least be treated as a viable customer. I was not. I had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time to be told that my Poarche was worth almost $20,000 less than I had purchased it for only 2 and 1/2 months earlier. David Lang tried to tell me that I didn't know what I had paid for the car and that taxes, etc. were extra and that he had to go and look up the price I paid for the car as if I I didn't know what I was talking about. It took him almost a half an hour to figure that hour at which point the Audi manager said he would come up $1000. David Lang then told me I should have leased a car so that there would not be such a large output of money. I was really insulted as I have leased cars before and that was not my intent at this time. The entire experience was terrible. I would never consider buying any car again at your dealership. I don't expect preferential treatment but I do expect to be treated with respect. I felt that I was an annoyance at your dealership and that everyone was to busy for me. More
