Great experience, Michael was very patient and informative. I was able to get all the info over emails and was even able to negotiate the price before coming into the dealership. This made it extremely helpful since I didn't have to sit in the dealership for HOURS. Instead I was able to go about with my business while also work on buying a car at the same time. All I had to once I got there was inspect the car, test drive and sign documents. Both Michael and Kristen were available to help me immediately and get me out of there as soon as possible. It was a no hassle experience and they both made the experience extremely pleasant.
