I don't want to bash other dealerships but suffice it to say I went to 2 other Audi dealerships and Woodland Hills was clearly the tops. One dealership said they don't test drive the car I wanted. At Woodland Hills they encouraged me to test drive 3 different cars of the model I was looking at. Mia was the sales person I dealt with and she is great. She is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the product without being cars salesman (or woman) pushy at all. I dealt mostly with Mia but I also talked to Adam who was great also. I did not buy the car on the first visit but soon after without much haggling at all Adam got the deal done without any nonsense which I admire. Overall, it was a very positive experience and it is with pleasure that I recommend Woodland Hills Audi. More

She was very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable. On the test drive she was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the A6. We ended up deciding that night that we wanted to purchase the car. The following day Mia located the color we wanted and had it dealer traded within 24 hours. She gets 5 stars in my book! Phillip gave us very fair pricing as the new car sales manager. He explained all of the financing options that we had and made sure we understood them. John Schwartz was very helpful in finance. He went over every little step in detail and made sure we were comfortable before we moved forward. We closed the deal very late at night and all three waited for us to come in and sign the papers. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never had quite the experience that I had at The Auto Gallery. They made the entire experience very easy. There was no pressure to buy at all and everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I now have a beautiful 2012 Audi A6 and the deal we negotiated was unbelievable. Adam was very enthusiastic, energetic, and extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is also very hands on. I feel more like he is my friend than my "sales guy"! After the sale I felt very comfortable calling or texting Adam for any questions that I had. I had been working with numerous Audi dealerships when looking to swap out of my Q5 lease. I put out a request for quotes on TrueCar and within minutes, Mia called me (at 8pm no less) to help me out. She found the Q5 I was looking for (which was nearly impossible to find) and beat all of the dealerships in price (the other dealerships told me that she was lying to me!). She completely won me over with her work ethic, professionalism and service. She is friendly and respectful, and really knows about the cars she sells.
