2014 Jeep Compass Latitude I am a first time buyer. I had spent about 2.5 weeks online searching and researching tirelessly. I was driving a 2003 Saturn Vueat the time. I absolu I am a first time buyer. I had spent about 2.5 weeks online searching and researching tirelessly. I was driving a 2003 Saturn Vueat the time. I absolutely loved that vehicle. All I knew was that I liked the SUV body type, and for once wanted to drive a vehicle with low miles. I had a budget well under 15,000. I work 11 hr days so I had limited time to test drive. In the first 2 weeks I had saved a handful of vehicle from the Auction Direct website and a few from others. I was ready to test drive and honestly to come home a new car owner. My first stop was Webster to look at an older, less expensive Jeep Patriot. Suffice it to say I had a horrible experience at Marina. I got right on the phone with Auction Direct simply stating " I had a horrible test drive, and I really need a good one, tonight". In effect I told them I was on my way, a half hour before they close mind you! Thankfully whomever I was speaking to was understanding. She told me to ask for Christina when I arrived. I arrived, checked in, and OMG they had 🍿. I hadn't eaten since 1. It's now almost 8. Before I even made my way to it Christina came and found me. She let me know she was up to speed and ready to help as soon as she finished with her customer. Thank you! They had even brought the vehicle up for me. Once I got my popcorn (lol, it's the little things in life, right?) a different associate said hello and offered to bring me out to begin to take a look. He answered questions for me no problem. I was impressed that he seemed informed of my situation already and stepped up to help even though it wasn't "his sale". Now I knew I was in the right place!! Christina came out, thanked him, and we hit the road. The Jeep was gorgeous btw, beautifully detailed. Christine was extremely understanding and kind. We laughed. I actually had fun riding around with her. She is the exact perfect combination of friendly and professional. I mean this woman is on point! So late in the day under these circumstances too. I was blown away. I don't think I told her, but I fell in love with my jeep on that ride. After keeping her late the night before, she got in touch with me early the next morning to ensure I could put a deposit down. This was 6 hrs before her actual shift started. Thank you! This is when she really became invaluable. I was so excited I really relied on her to take care of all of the details from here. I can honestly say I have never in my life had a salesperson hustle for me as much as she did. She anticipated every need and kept working for me the next 2 days with the same fervor of the first. I mean legit on point! Always with a smile and good sense of humor. At the end of the day I was able to get the exact amount I had hoped for my trade in and paid exactly what I had hoped for the Jeep. I didn't know going in about the 100,000mi warranty or scotchguard, but unbelievable deals in my book so I went ahead with both of those. Cherry on top! Seriously a dream experience.
