Knowledgeable and Easy to Work With Todd made the whole car buying process very easy and understandable. This was my first time buying a car that wasn't on Craigslist so I was new to the Todd made the whole car buying process very easy and understandable. This was my first time buying a car that wasn't on Craigslist so I was new to the process. He came with me on the test drive and explained everything about the car, its capabilities and what to expect with it. Back at the dealership they were polite and not pushy, giving us all the information we requested to make an informed decision. Once we decided to purchase the car, Todd explained all the steps we would be taking, what we need and after about an hour at the dealership I was driving away in my car. So Grateful!!! I am so grateful for AJ at the Rochester location. As a single mom I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my boys & I but had a strict budget. AJ sp I am so grateful for AJ at the Rochester location. As a single mom I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my boys & I but had a strict budget. AJ spent HOURS with me and was so incredibly caring & patient with my 4 year old which took away so much stress, genuinely making the entire experience enjoyable. AJ listened to my specific wants but made suggestions I had not even thought of without being too pushy or forward. His obvious knowledge and experience with cars made me confident I’d make the best decision for my family. A few days after buying the perfect car, I called AJ with some concerns of a subtle noise my overly concerned mom ears were hearing! He was so incredible, told me to come in at my convenience and they would absolutely take care of whatever it was. I truly never thought I’d write a review on anything, especially a car salesman! But the experience I had with AJ truly made me feel taken care of. There needs to be more of him in this world! More
