Amazing!! I had such an AWESOME experience buying through James at Auction Direct. He was so helpful in my purchase being that I live an hour away everything wa I had such an AWESOME experience buying through James at Auction Direct. When I went to look at the car I saw online and was interested in, he had already had it pulled into the showroom. Which worked out perfectly because it was super rainy out, it really gave me the opportunity to look through the car. Wonderful Experience I love going into this dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from them, most recently with the help of Jason Czudak, and embrace the no hassle, n I love going into this dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from them, most recently with the help of Jason Czudak, and embrace the no hassle, no haggling way of doing business. This time I knew what I wanted as I did my homework on their website. Previously, however, the poor sales associate had to put up with me test driving cars...literally spent an entire day test driving vehicles. My experience is it has been a fairly calm way of making a major purchase. Let them know how much you'd like to spend and what type of vehicles you're looking for and they will do their best to have you check out what's available on their lot. If that doesn't do it, they'll ship a car from their other dealership for only a couple hundred bucks more. If that still doesn't do it, just tell them exactly what you want and they'll find the car for you. My recommendation is if you're in the market for a new car, it's definitely worth a stop by or, at the very least, a quick peek at their website. More

Vehicles are all unlocked with the prices and details clearly displayed. Minimal sales interaction, but just enough so you can get your questions answered. Our sales associate was obviously experienced and very knowledgeable about the process. We spent the entire day in and out of multiple dealerships and had our fill of traditional sales pitches and sales techniques. I can tell you that this will be my first stop the next time we are in the market to purchase another vehicle. More

Purchase went well. I live about an hour away, so I was hesitant to drive out there without having any experience with this dealer, but I saw they had a lot of nice cars I live about an hour away, so I was hesitant to drive out there without having any experience with this dealer, but I saw they had a lot of nice cars listed online and a lot of favorable reviews. I found a car I was interested online, and called to see if it were available. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, and gave me several options and times that I could visit. I went to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and looked at the car I was initially interested in. After I drove it, I decided i wanted to look for a different vehicle, which I really liked. I decided to buy it, and started the paperwork at about 530 pm on Saturday. I was approved for a loan and was able to get my new insurance and registration paperwork done by about 615 pm. We picked up the car at 3pm on Sunday, after taking about 15 minutes to sign the final registration and loan forms. It went very well, and I am glad I have a new car. I would strongly consider buying a car there again. More
