I think she could have done a similar job with any other vehicle on the lot. I did a test drive home with a '14 Edge and my wife thought the the drive at a slow speeds was a a little "truckee", so then I brought home the '16 Escape and she liked it, but she noticed that there was scoring on the windshield that couldn't be fixed. When I brought the car back to the dealership, I told Annette that we wanted to buy the car, but only if the windshield could be replaced. It took a little time to agree to that with the higher ups, but it worked out fine. We picked up the car and there was a an issue with the windshield wiper that the Service Manager fixed ASAP - himself. More
