Love my equinox! Jason made my car buying experience as easy and painless as buying a car can be. While I was excited about getting a new car, I was not excited about Jason made my car buying experience as easy and painless as buying a car can be. While I was excited about getting a new car, I was not excited about car shopping. I usually end up walking out of the deal with a car completely unlike what I envisioned, but this was not the case with Jason! From the moment we spoke on the phone, he worked tirelessly to ensure I got the car I wanted. He never tried to sell me something more expensive or crazy, he trusted my decision and helped me make it happen. He even had to deal with my husband to close the deal, not an easy task at all! He has been very responsive to my crazy texts and concerns, even after all the papers have been signed, and never makes me feel like a bother or burden. He truly made me feel like he wanted to do everything possible to make me happy! Jason was amazing!! This is my second car from Auction Direct and they are never pushy, overall. I never know why I even look elsewhere! I will only buy from Auction Direct! Thank you Jason!!!! More

Great experience! I really like auction direct. I really needed a car, I didn't tell the dealers but I had hives all over my legs and felt it may have had to do with the vehicle I was driving. My sa I really needed a car, I didn't tell the dealers but I had hives all over my legs and felt it may have had to do with the vehicle I was driving. My sales associate, ignis, was very patient with me as I haven't bought a car in a while and forgot I would need it insured in the rush I was in. He said he was new there but I could barely tell at all, he made sure everything was in order and I got a great car for the price. More

My brother and I were able to walk the entire lot without immediately being harassed by a salesman and only when we were hovering around the car I would eventually purchase the same day did a salesman approach us. I definitely appreciate this! Shiv Patel was a pleasure to work with, friendly and very helpful the entire way through the long purchasing process. I would definitely recommend Auction Direct! They have a great range of vehicles and prices (although they could definitely use a larger SUV selection!), have great employees, and awesome customer service! More

He was not like your average salesman, in which he actually connected on a personal level rather than a selling level. Matt Witt, the finance manager, helped us get into affordable payments as well as offering a way to get a warranty in even though we turned it down. Overall pretty good experience dealing with both of them. On the other hand, Herb the finance manager was extrememly rude over the phone when trying to work out something that involved a problem with the car. More
