My husband and I were looking through an incredible amount of vehicles that were in our search preference. Once be located a couple vehicles of interest, Jerod immediately sought out the vehicle and it was at the front door for my husband and I to test drive. We asked many questions on the drive and Jerod was eager to answer our questions and was very familiar with the vehicle we were test driving. I had an immediate attraction to the vehicle and wanted to purchase it, Jerod was extremely customer focused and quickly had our financing approved. He went through the paperwork which I've usually experienced to be a nightmare. My husband and I grabbed a cup of coffee and quickly thereafter Jerod had all of the paperwork together and it was the easiest car buying experience we have both every been through. It was such a pleasure working with someone who had the attitude that customer service was his main focus. He was very personable and we got done with the paperwork in no time and were driving home in our newly purchased vehicle. Not only will we buy future vehicles from Auction Direct but have already shared out experience with many friends and family.
