Great experience and excellent vehicle I worked with Ryan Fox on a cold Saturday in December. He was very thorough, friendly and helpful with finding the 4 vehicles I wanted to look at. He explained the Auction Direct mantra and no haggle pricing etc. Once I decided to go with the car I wanted, Ryan took the time to explain the warranty options available and the extras. I ended up going with some of them. In order to get the car on the road that day I had to initiate a new insurance plan. This ended up being somewhat of a debacle as the person I got on the phone at my insurance company had messed some things up. Once we realized the correct paperwork was not coming through Ryan went ahead and took care of the rest, he called them up, got on with a manger and was able to get things moving swiftly again. THEN, when I decided to take the care in for a service check a couple weeks after buying it, there was confusion at the dealership about my warranty. I got hold of Ryan and he made sure I had the correct paperwork in hand to show the dealer. A+ experience, would buy from AD again and stellar experience with Ryan Fox in Victor, NY. More

We had the deal and financing done in about a half hour. Although I live in Florida and the dealership was in New York Jerod and his sales manager Herb had the car delivered to my home in about a week.
