Rude service department I had an appointment today at 10:30am to get a diagnostics check done on my car because I am smelling exhaust inside and to get my tires balanced. Upo I had an appointment today at 10:30am to get a diagnostics check done on my car because I am smelling exhaust inside and to get my tires balanced. Upon arriving to my appointment I am told that I will only be receiving the tire balancing because their lead diagnostic technician called in sick. I understand people get sick but what I don't understand is how they had 3 hours before my appointment that they could have called me to reschedule my appointment. A complete lack of customer service! The main reason I was going was to get the exhaust smell checked. I do not live in Auburn so I wasted my time and gas driving there when only part of the work I scheduled would be done. When I expressed my upset over this I received no apology and was told I could reschedule the diagnostic check. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service department but it is the last time. I will NEVER take my car here again and I will not be purchasing another Chevy vehicle in the future. More
