I felt like an inconvenience for the service advisor Gypsi Longmire, from the start i received no communication or response from their “text” system. Every time i tried to call i felt like i was being p Gypsi Longmire, from the start i received no communication or response from their “text” system. Every time i tried to call i felt like i was being pushed away. As a service advisor i thought she would recommend or ADVISE me what responsibility Chevy or the dealership had to help me with my warranty repairs. After doing my own research, found out they were responsible to provide a rental until the vehicle was repaired. Knowing this i reach out to Gyspi and was told “well we don't have any rental cars at the time” “and if we have to go across the street we are only obligated to pay up to $40 a day”. So then i requested the ETA on when the vehicle would be done and i was told by her could be days since its on the rack and they would have to “order the part” i then requested the manager and was told 15 minutes later it would be done in two hours. How does it go from waiting on part order to it being completed in two hours? As a customer i would request a different advisor if possible. More
