We came into Atlantic Toyota in hopes of taking advantage of the Payment Reduction Program and trading in our car for a newer one with a lower monthly payment. Unfortunately due to the value of our car and of the Payment Reduction Program and trading in our car for a newer one with a lower monthly payment. Unfortunately due to the value of our car and what we still owed on it this wasn't possible but Shane Dennis worked hard to get it close. Overall we left happy and satisfied with our second Atlantic Toyota experience. Shane showed great effort in working to get the best deal for us and was very friendly, patient and helpful with answering any questions we had. He showed a great quality for relating to the customer and making us feel comfortable. This is the kind of salesman everyone should have the privilege to do business with. Highly recommended. More

One year ago I was in the market for a new car; I knew I wanted a RAV4. I was determined to find the best price possible and was willing to visit every dealership within a 50 mile radius of my house. Atla wanted a RAV4. I was determined to find the best price possible and was willing to visit every dealership within a 50 mile radius of my house. Atlantic Toyota was the 2nd Toyota dealership I visited (I had a less-than-pleasant experience at another local Toyota dealership and decided to move on). I met with Shane Dennis, who said "I want to make this the last Toyota dealership you visit" and he did! Shane is an amazing salesman - professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient - and took the time to make sure I was getting the exact car I wanted. He discussed various financing options with me to make sure my purchase was within my budget. He called me a few days after I took possession of the RAV4 to make sure I was still happy with my decision. I put 30,000+ miles on my vehicle each year for work, so I return to Atlantic Toyota almost monthly for regular service visits and oil changes. Each and every time I am waiting in Atlantic's lovely waiting room, Shane comes by to say hello (remembering my name each time) and to chat for a few minutes. My vehicle is always serviced in under the amount of time I'm quoted, and the service is always perfect. Everyone at this dealership is pleasant and helpful, but Shane goes above and beyond the requirements of his job to please his customers. I am now a loyal Toyota owner, and a loyal Atlantic Toyota customer. I am positive that when the time comes for a new vehicle (another Toyota, of course), this is the dealership I will purchase from. I have been leasing camry from Atlantic Toyota since 1997 and this is my fifth lease. Over that period of times, Ron is the only sale person I have lease cars from twice.Ron always sent yearly letters to rem and this is my fifth lease. Ron has the personality of a salesperson. I have always welcome and feel free when I am at Atlantic Toyota. The new expansion of the facility makes me happy to go there for services and drive a new car off the lot, as I have done many, many times. Ron is a great sales person and he tries do whatever it takes to make sure you walk or drive away from the deal satisfy. My transaction (Lease) was awesome and I drove away happier than when I went there because my payment now is lower for more car and the deal took just several hours, and I drove my new car off the lot the same day. I would recommend anyone to Atlantic Toyota, which I have done in the past. The facility is clean and you even get free coffee and watch HDTV in a modern, 21st century waiting room.
