I had a very positive experience from the very start with my first meeting with Zeke Knezevic when I had just started my search for a new vehicle. The lease was up on my Rav4 the end of July - I went in to get information on the possibilty of buying out the lease because my vehicle was in excellent condition and had extemely low mileage on it. I first spoke with John at the front desk and he was extremely helpful in giving me information regarding figures for a buyout - he then informed me of the incentive special that was currently taking place regarding a new lease on a Rav 4. He then had me speak with Clyde while the condition of my vehicle was being checked to determine what they would be able to offer me if I chose to go with a new 3 year lease on a Rav 4. Clyde was also extremely accomodating, friendly and helpful. The offer that was given to me on a new leased vehicle was outstanding and too good of a deal to pass up! The following day I dealt with the business manager, Michael Turin, who prepared the paper work for my new vehicle - he also was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received through-out this whole experience. More
