I had a very postivie experience at Atlantic buying a new Toyota Prius. I found that Amish was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the test drive and throughout the process. Even when I picked up the car I was slightly nervous about driving home and about the hybrid technology (given that my previous car was 15 years old!) but Amish went over all features of the car and even took me on drive through the parking lot before I officially left the dealership with my new car. When I arrived home safely, I had two or three more questions so I called Amish and he was more than happy to provide answers. I would definitely recommend Atlantic and specifically Amish Patel. When I arrived at the dealership I was assigned to Carlos Figueroa who I encourage you to contact when you are in the market for a car. He was courteous, knowledgeable and overall a lot of fun to deal with at all steps of the buying process. I subsequently met Anthony Nash, a sales manager, and Mike Turin, a business manager, and they were terrific to deal with as well. At no point did I feel pressured, and I know I got a good deal. I also learned that Atlantic has a lot employees like Carlos who have worked at the dealership for many years which I think speaks volumes for how the dealership treats it's people. Mr. Nash, I went to Atlantic Toyota on a Mr. Nash, I went to Atlantic Toyota on a Sunday with the intent of looking at the Sienna model van's colors. I had two color schemes Mr. Nash, I went to Atlantic Toyota on a Sunday with the intent of looking at the Sienna model van's colors. I had two color schemes in mind and wanted to see them on the actual vehicle. I started to look around when a salesperson approached me and introduced himself and asked in a very friendly manner if he could help me. I explained to him that I was only there to check out colors and pick up brochure. He said that was ok and that he would help me. He took me out into the lot and showed me the Sienna in the colors that I had mentioned to him and also the inside fabrics. He then asked if I would like to drive one, I said yes. All through this meeting "Gus" was extremely friendly and very patient with my million questions. It was probably the single best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. I found "Gus" to be extremely personable and knowledgeable and low keyed. I drove a Sienna with "Gus" as he had suggested and said that I would be back later in the week. In all ways "Gus" lived up to Atlantic's promise" which was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience".
