We went in looking for a Nissan Altima cause that's what her heart was set on, until I mentioned to her to look at the Chrysler 200. She hadn't bought any car in over 6 years (that one was for her daughter, a used Jeep Liberty) which she purchased from this dealership. Her own car was 19 years old. Needless to say, she'd never been in a new car in years. JD did everything possible to explain all the features of the car. He took us for a test drive. Helped her get her seat adjusted just right. Made it a fun drive. Andy came and discussed the price which he bent over backward as I said to get the car within the price she said she could pay. With those 2 as brothers it really felt like we were talking to family. They were fantastic. David Ii think that was his name, I apologize if it wasn't ) in the finance department was a lot of fun, putting no pressure on my sister to purchase the extra warranty. There was one other person there who talked to us while we were waiting for the car to get detailed who was extremely nice to us. I would definitely keep coming back. I myself has purchased a number of vehicles from them over the past 28 years I've lived in Athens, my son purchased his car their for his family just last year, my daughter and her husband will be in the hunt for a car next year.. Was told by Vaughn that he could match or beat any deal I could find in the area, found a great deal somewhere else, Vaughn asks me to bring my trade in down to evaluate the car. He told me he could not match anyone else's price because I was not getting a better deal. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who wants honesty. More

They will get you in the perfect vehicle for you. For example in our case, they didn't have the exact match on the lot but Johnny the sales manager worked very hard to obtain it in a short amount of time. With an honest salesman (JD Owens), and an helpful finance manager (JP), we were able to find the vehicle we wanted in the price range we anticipated. More
I own a 2008 Chrysler T&C and was looking to upgrade into a new car. I was shopping over the phone many dealerships, locally next to my house till 200 miles away. He was detailed over the phone, very efficient with providing resolution to what I was looking for. Sean was kind enough , professional and serious. No 'slizzy sales' stuff that I am usually trying to avoid. From the moment Sean and I discussed, I realized I found the right partner to work with. To summarize, I was looking for a car for 2 weeks. Upon opening the channel with Sean over the phone, 8 hours after I was driving back home with the new car. It is all about the right experience with the right pricing! P.S., such an amazing customer experience made me drive 2 hours to purchase a car instead of choosing an arrogance dealership 4 miles from my home!! More

I was searching for a specific color Chrysler 300C and found the car I wanted on the Athens Dodge Chrysler internet site. I was on a cruise ship at the time and communicated with Andy Owens via email. T found the car I wanted on the Athens Dodge Chrysler internet site. The day we got off ship in San Diego I called Andy and began to discuss specifics; I passed the phone over to my wife so that he could explain some specifics pertaining to the purchase. Andy and his assistant, Dave and I continued contact via email and telephone. We were working with deadlines for the end of the year sale prices/discounts; we drove some 500+ miles from my work site to finalize the purchase and pick up the car. We were so pleased with both the car (a Glacier Blue Chrysler 300C) that we decided to buy a 300C Luxury but the color had been discontinued for 2013. I located two 2013 Chrysler 300C Luxury - Cashmere color; I spoke with Andy telling them the details of the car were looking for and the end of the year sales prices. Andy put me on a conference call with the General Manager; we discussed details. They were able to find the exact car that we wanted which they were able to acquire on a Dealer Trade and at very near the price of the 2 cars that we had located in Arizona. Again we drove 500 + miles to complete this transaction. Obviously with purchasing a second vehicle from Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep we were very pleased with the responses we had from Andy, Dave (his assistant), the General Manager and the Finance Manager. We will almost certainly purchase from them in the future. More
