Bob has always found a way to work me in, since I "live" in my truck. Mike Deason has helped in pricing, Brian has always been honest about what I needed (Brakes are OK for another 3K miles, etc.). Recently I purchased a new 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT from Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep. From Sales to Finance to Service everyone was aboveboard, honest and just plain nice. Everything was as promised and agre Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep. From Sales to Finance to Service everyone was aboveboard, honest and just plain nice. Everything was as promised and agreed to. Johnnie Carnes was very knowledgeable and most helpful in selecting this fine vehicle. Wes and Chad in Sales Management went way out of their way to track my vehicle (imported from Detroit!) and keep me informed. When the Challenger arrived at the train drop off in Hapeville Ga., they freely offered to take me down there to pick her up...which I did and I'm very appreciative. When we brought the Challenger back to the dealership Mike Deason in Service made sure everything was checked out from top to bottom. You simply cannot ask for better, high quality customer treatment. As an additional comment, this is my 4th SRT vehicle and they all came from Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep...and I certainly have had positive and professionl service visits there. The "Service Advisors" such as Bob Woitas, have always been honest and technically well versed in the Chrysler product line. Their Master mechanics (Allen and Paul plus others) are just that, Master Mechanics and they do there jobs quite well. More
Most misleading dealership I have ever set foot on. My husband and I found a 2010 charger online for $16,998 that had 28k miles. The description straight from the ad online was as follows; "To the best of husband and I found a 2010 charger online for $16,998 that had 28k miles. The description straight from the ad online was as follows; "To the best of our dealers' knowledge, there has never been any repaired collision damage, Only one other person had the privilege of owning this great Dodge". We got there and as a vehicle inspector I could tell it had been in 2 collisions, one in the front and one in the back. Come to find out the accident happened while it was at that dealership and they did the repairs and this was a rental car not one person owned. We asked knowing all of that how much they were asking and was told $19,999. When we said that is was online for $16,998 the sales lady told us, "oh well I guess you get the internet special". We had had enough and left. Never again will we ever return to that dealership. More
