Usually my service visits are timely. This last visit went a lot longer than expected. I went in for an oil change and state inspection and found out after nearly 3 hours that I needed This last visit went a lot longer than expected. I went in for an oil change and state inspection and found out after nearly 3 hours that I needed a new ball joint, so ended leaving car and getting shuttle home. I just felt that it took too long. I’m not going to make a big deal over a single service visit that took too long but I can’t give a 5-star rating for this visit… More
