We had an outstanding experience with Tamara at Atamian Honda. When I called asking for then OTD price on a 2024 pre-owned SUV, I got Stephanie on the phone and in a matter of a couple of minutes, she quot Honda. When I called asking for then OTD price on a 2024 pre-owned SUV, I got Stephanie on the phone and in a matter of a couple of minutes, she quoted me the OTD price. We made arrangements to come in that Monday to see and test drive the car. That morning I contacted another dealership and ask for the OTD on an SUV they had for sale and the salesman kept trying to get me to commit to when I would be coming by, which I kept saying I wanted the price so I would not have to waste time coming down if it was out of my range. Ultimately, I agreed to give him my email and number and he ended up emailing me what looked like financing quotes with the right side of the graphic they were in cut off. Cutting to the chase, the other dealership was typical and not being totally transparent when asked. Back to Atamian…when we came in on Monday, it was like walking into a family. Everyone that we dealt with at this dealership were stellar: friendly, professional, transparent, knowledgeable and gracious, and were never pushy. They even gave me a trade in value for my 16 year old car that was not in great condition. Their dealership is pristine and their service department waiting area, looked quite comfortable. Tamara walked us through everything and were just outstanding. The gentleman in the finance department was great as well. I took the car home yesterday and am absolutely tickled. Tamara and everyone there were outstanding and I would recommend her and them in a heartbeat to anyone I know looking for a car. Five stars all the way to Tamara and everyone we interacted with at Atamian Honda. More

The finance person should talk to the sales team/ managers before talking to the client to confirm the deals made and what the client wants. 2. The finance person should not chew gum while conversing with clients. 3. The finance person should present the warranty as the amount of money in addition to the price of the car and present it as an option that is recommended. Not just “this is what I tell people” and “this is what most people do” and it should be presented as something for the client to THINK about. Not as some decision that NEEDS to be made in the middle of signing papers. 4. The finance person should have all documents ready and printed before inviting the client into his office. 5. The finance person should not make jokes about the sales person, insulting him and implying he is trouble. It was in bad taste and awkward. P.S. all of these are about John More
