The finance person should talk to the sales team/ managers before talking to the client to confirm the deals made and what the client wants. 2. The finance person should not chew gum while conversing with clients. 3. The finance person should present the warranty as the amount of money in addition to the price of the car and present it as an option that is recommended. Not just “this is what I tell people” and “this is what most people do” and it should be presented as something for the client to THINK about. Not as some decision that NEEDS to be made in the middle of signing papers. 4. The finance person should have all documents ready and printed before inviting the client into his office. 5. Some highlights: When there was a communication miss between the insurance company and the dealer regarding the registration, Chris took action and accountability to get it squared away. Atamian offered a competitive price to win our business. The Ozzy, the finance person we worked with, was also friendly, organized, not high-pressure, and respectful of our time. I would recommend Atamian to anyone looking for a Honda and will certainly be a repeat customer. More
