I first met with Edgar and had an appointment with him. Upon arrival he mentioned he was with another guest and we had to wait about 10 minutes. Then he said he had to drop his coat off and never came back. He called about ten minutes later asking if we were still outside and then asked us to come inside. He said he was with another customer again and we found that to be super unprofessional as we had an appointment with him, we ended up leaving the dealership at this time. I got an email from Gabrielle a few days later and she ensure me that she would set me up with Ryan, a sales leader if we returned. We later made an appointment with Ryan and he was on point. He knew all about the rebates, respected our time and did not double book us. I wish we were setup with Ryan from the start as we feel time with Edgar was a waste of our time. Arrigo almost lost our business due to Edgar was we were looking to do business with dealers as far away as Orlando to not have to deal with him. More

I had to wait two hours to sign a commercial fleet purchase. The price of the truck increased $2,000 over the negotiated price. The dealership would not work with our fleet management company. I would rank Adrian Martinez 5 stars, who jumped in and provided the necessary service. Adrian was an exceptional salesperson, listened to our needs, and was able to deliver the vehicle we wanted. JC was n provided the necessary service. Adrian was an exceptional salesperson, listened to our needs, and was able to deliver the vehicle we wanted. JC was not necessarily rude but had no interest in helping us get the car we wanted. Vince Leone also had no interest in helping me with my bank; luckily, my bank found a workaround and helped me out. I would not recommend Arrigo based on how the rest of the staff treated me. More

THE WORST EXPEREINCE- SOLD MY SONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO SOMEONE ELSE This was my experience with this Morgan auto group dealership. Have been searching for a Christmas vehicle for my son for months. Tried 8 different brands and settled on a jeep grand Cherokee. Then found out there there were good incentives to buying a 2024 as opposed to a 2025. I live in the Tampa area and a lot of dealerships were very low on vehicles due to floods. So I decided I would drive where where I needed to go to get one. That is how I got to this dealership. Found the perfect car. I actually offered to send a deposit the first day with the internet sales coordinator. She said no. Actually laughed. And told me it was because there was not big demand for this particular car and trim. I told them I wanted to get this all settled before leaving town for thanksgiving with my son and it’s a surprise for him making it hard to talk while away. They said no problem. We negotiated. They told me I got the car and a good deal. Said it was held for me. Congratulated me on getting the car. I offered to pay cash. They said no I had to finance to get the deal. So I said fine put me down for 50% cash. They asked when I was coming. I said the 2nd of December. They said the incentives expire end of November so I need to come earlier. In light of all holiday plans I asked of if I could complete transaction at a distance and come after. They said they thought they could but I would have to wire funds. I said fine. They sent wire Instrictons for that but I kept getting texts telling me it was better if I come in before end of the month. I realized this was getting too complicated so I decided to change all my plans and drive to the dealership over the weekend and be there to do everything in person before the end of the month. So I communicated that and set a day. I have all the text messages confirming the pick up for this coming weekend. I was soooooo excited. I had the bow ordered already on Amazon. Sent pictures to my family. We had figured out where we were going to surprise my son. I had cancelled holiday plans in st Augustine to make the 3 hr drive to the dealership and 3 back. So I think all is good. I have a pick up day. And I leave for the college visit up north over thanksgiving. I’m on the college tour with my kid who this is a surprise for and two calls come from the dealership. Nothing concerning as I get calls fromVarious coordinators- . Finance , people confirming pick up etc. they leave no message and no text, no email. I text them reminding them I can text but not talk because this is a surprise and I’m with the person the car is for but I assume it must be no big deal because I get no messages back. Yesterday I get a message from my salesperson that the vehicle was sold by another salesperson to someone else. They said I didn’t send a wire which is ridiculous. They had not even sent and amount of one . I had offered on day one and the only reason they said I needed to send a wire was if I couldn’t get to town before dec 1. I asked my salesperson the name and position of the person who made this decision. He would not give that to me. He only said this decision was made on his day off. The rest of the story is just me crying on the New Jersey turnpike , my son next to me in the car not understanding what is wrong and I fly home today where I resume car shopping with just - couple days to get the same jeep corporate inventions that are just about to expire. THIS IS ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP SELLING A CAR ON HOLD FOR ME TO PICK UP THIS WEEKEND - TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO MOST LIKELY SAID THEY WOULD PAY MORE. Thanks Morgan and Arrigo and Stellantis. I’ll write a few letters telling our story. Doubt it will make any difference but at least I will maybe save someone else from this sort of a situation. Normally this is just a car purchase. But not this time. Much more emotional a purchase. More
