Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass - Service Center

My battery is not charging to 30 miles as it should and I told the advisor and he said there’s nothing wrong with the battery. The battery is only charging to 23-26 miles after being on the charger overnight told the advisor and he said there’s nothing wrong with the battery. The battery is only charging to 23-26 miles after being on the charger overnight. I asked him to charge the battery at the dealership to make sure that it’s not my charger at home that’s the problem. I left the car at 9 to also do an oil change, they called me at 11:30 and said there’s nothing wrong car was ready. Went to pick up the car and he didn’t put the car on the charger and said something about it not being available. Although the oil charge was completed, my battery issue was not resolved and felt like he just brushed it off as no big deal. More

Ruddy was great, but the shop took 10 days to diagnose what my car had. After that, the price for repairs was over $3,000…..I took it to another shop: they took 2 days to diagnose and for the exact same what my car had.
