Beware, deceiving salesperson and managers. Bait and Switch tactics. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Arrigo Sawgrass in the past 15 years and had always been treated professionally and respectfully un Switch tactics. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Arrigo Sawgrass in the past 15 years and had always been treated professionally and respectfully until now. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. After thorough research, last week I decided to purchase a new Jeep Sahara 4Xe and I contacted them for an appointment and test drive. The sales person sent me an email with a Jeep similar to the one I wanted, offering a discount of $3,623 off of MSRP. I showed up to the appointment and after the test drive the first bait and switch tactic they used was that the price was MSRP + $2,700 for some sort of unnecessary and overinflated package + Dealer Fees. That was almost $7,000 higher than what I was quoted a day before. Not only they didn't care that they had offered a discount in writing via email a day before, but also denied it in person, arguing that it was "a mistake". (As of this day, it is still published at a discount in their website) and on top of that they told me that they wouldn't sell at a discount and tried to tackle thousands of dollars above MSRP. I believe this is not the Salesperson's fault, but the " Sales Manager", who was condescending, deceiving and arrogant. What they are doing is misleading and False Advertising. Bait and Switch. I always believed that Customer loyalty meant something. 3 previous satisfied purchases with Arrigo and now that it is a seller's market I was treated like an idiot, lied, and had my intelligence insulted.
