Fast reception for my appointment at 9:30 am, first oil change and tire rotation service, I was expecting to have it done in about 1 to 1-1/2 hours, but took 2-1/2 hours, I guess that's ok but can be bette change and tire rotation service, I was expecting to have it done in about 1 to 1-1/2 hours, but took 2-1/2 hours, I guess that's ok but can be better. Hopefully my next service will be done faster. Felipe was very helpful and nice. More

First I received an email stating I missed my appointment. The jeep was dropped off the night before and keys were left in the Dropbox. My appointment was for 7am. I had to call to check the stat appointment. The jeep was dropped off the night before and keys were left in the Dropbox. My appointment was for 7am. I had to call to check the status at 9 am. They were scrambling and asked if I wanted a tire rotation? Yes as that is why the coupon was put into the envelope. 2 hours later I get a phone call stating they can not find the lock key for the tires. I told them it was in the glove box. 40 mins later I get another call to say they can not find it. I pick up the jeep, and find the key in the glove box. Not to mention, no question about my stop / start light being on.. opportunity to make money as I’m under warranty. I’m not sure what is going on but I never got a video, initial call for this service. It was poorly run and if this happens again I will find another new service department. More
