The Hellcat was a highly publicized vehicle as all the forums were abuzz with a number of dealerships asking MSRP + $10K to $25K and accumulative anger towards the Dodge Dealerships. I was relieved to have John Arrigo take on the ordering of this spectacular vehicle with no BS. Rick Jones whom had been calling me on my Birthdays and had sold me the previous 2010 SRT8 Challenger was now going to be my 2015 Hellcat salesmen. I thought it couldn't get any better, but it did. The General Manager Robert Karp gave me a fair trade-in. Then a great finance guy Rob Geroni. He explained every step and listened to my concerns about the financing, ie payments, interest rates, options. Then when I met Mark in customer relations, I knew I was truly at the right place. He was entertaining, informative and down right pleasant. He answered all of our questions which topped off the entire experience. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing anything, and now I get to drive my dream car home.
